AndrÃ©e Harris - Founder-Executive Director
AndrÃ©e has over 15 years of experience with at risk youth and children with special needs. She has obtained a wealth of knowledge as result of her involvement. She is a mother of children with special needs. AndrÃ©e has a background in Acquisitions and Contract Management Her early ventures in 1997 (Youth Vision Inc & MS Youth Services ) has opened her heart and mind with the willingness to expand the horizon for children. AndrÃ©e's love and compassion for children has afforded her the abililty to serve as an advocate. Her firsthand experience with temporary disablitiy has also pricked her heart to help. Aside from her devotion to this organization she works diligently at forming partnerships. Andree is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor and a Certified Adaptive & Wheelchair Dance Instructor. Sean Haleem- Executive Assistant
Sean joined the Just 4 Us Foundation and has taken his position by storm. He currently works side by side with AndrÃ©e in ensuring that all administrative programs are in operation. Sean is a true visionary with a proven track record of providing strong professional support. He holds a Bachelors and Masters in music, accounting certification and so much more. Danielle Torres - Volunteer On-Call Program Assistant
Danielle has a degree in Interdiciplinary Studies-Teacher Preparation. She has a Masters degree in Special Education. Danielle has worked with children and youth for over five years. She eventually plans to go into research for children with Autism. Her eagerness to learn along with her willingness to listen makes her a great advocate for children with special needs and at risk youth. Danielle is responsible for researching, developing and coordinating appropriate programs for the Just 4 Us Foundation.
Vinique Henderson - Administrative Assistant
Vinique provides clerical support to Just 4 Us Foundation. She is a mother of two special needs children and takes great pride in her volunteerism. Vinique has been with the organization since the formation and has been a great help. Vinique has been trained in Evidence Based Practices and varioius mental health courses. Nyasha Harley - Events co-ordinator
Nyasha has worked with disabled children, teens, and adults since 1999 as a Head Day Camp Counselor. She has Coordinated daily activities for the campers at Camp Fairlee Manor and has worked with the elderly and disabled individuals for over 10 yrs. Nyasha had a brother with special needs. She has always been passionate about the disadvantaged, underprivileged, and those in need of support, assistance and care. Her goals are to give the disabled community the ability to be actively engaged in the community and to provide at risk youth the opportunities to experience positive and engaging activities. Katrina Newkirk - Volunteer Receptionist
Katrina joined the Just 4 Us Foundation in 2011. Katrina started out with one day per week. After four weeks, she wanted to spend more time getting to know the organization and supporting the vision. Anagha Kohojkar - Web Development Assistance & Maintenance
Anagha holds a Bachelors in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. Anagha supported the team with HR duties, policy devlopements etc. She brings to the team her experience in Information Technology that she gained while working with several leading multinationals. Endolyn Merritt Volunteer HR Support
Endolyn provides HR support to the team. Support is a major role for Endolyn as she pitches in wherever she can. She believes that every area that needs support is her job description. Aside from the HR duties she gives a lot of her time to the events that are hosted by J4UF.
Jira Churchill - Grant Researcher/ Technical Writer and Event Planning Team
Jira uses her skill in seeking and securing resources for program and mission support to advance the vision for the Just for Us Foundation. She joined the J4uF team and began to allow her creativity, teachng experience and love for the mission to go to another level. Jira holds a Masters Degree and is excited to be a part of our team.
The Just 4 Us Foundation has over 15 administrative volunteers and over 50 event volunteers. We are always looking for people with a desire to see lives touched, changed and transformed in a positive way to join our team. Whether you can volunteer 4 hours a month or 4 hours a day, We Need You.

Andre Haywood - Treasurer: Holds a degree in accounting and has over 35 years of experience in non profit and for profit organizations. His level of experience involves: commercial banking, savings & loans and credit unions.
Bridgette Washington Secretary: Member of National Association of Workforce Board (NAWB). She has served in the Fairfax County public school system for over 15 years. She has served as a Board Member for the National Education Association (NEA) Virginia Education Association (VEA) and Fairfax Education Association (FEA). She has served as the PTA president and a youth mentor for over 20 years. She has founded and supported several youth organizations. Jenay N. Jordan - Chair: Jenay brings to the Just 4 Us Foundation a Masters Degree in Human Services and Psychology. She puts the majority of her time and focus on cultivating
relationships with organizations and families while bridging the gap with communities. Her activities could range from organizing fund raisers, sending a Just 4 Us volunteer to a like minded
organization to assist with activities to finding locations to host an event or support group. Jenay has provided assistance to various non profit organizations by way of internship, volunteering and
as a paid employee. Her desire is to see children,youth and families served by the Just 4 Us Foundation happy and satisfied while receiving quality service.
Janet Martinez: Business Development Analyst, Business Management Studies, Youth Mentor to various non profit organizations.
Kyam McMorris: Computer Science Degree, Former Director of Admissions for Sanford Brown Institute in Maryland, Mentor for Men Aiming Higher, Inc, Member of NAACP, Member of Greater Washington Urban League.

Dr. Roshonda D. Contee-Davis - Volunteer Program Services
Dr. Roshonda D. Contee-Davis is a licensed specialist in Substance Abuse treatment with over 18 years of experience. A significant number of those years were spent in the Johns Hopkins Health System as an Addictions therapist, targeting the adult population. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology, a Master of Education degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, a Doctor of Psychology degree in Addictions, and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors. Dr. Contee-Davis was the co-founder of Epiphany Consulting, Inc., a mental health consulting firm and the founder of Bridging Together Foundation, LLC, a psychiatric rehabilitation program. Romy is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a degree in Government and Politics with a focus on International Development and Conflict Management. She is currently in Moldova providing hands on support to their at risk youth programs and children with special needs. Prior to going to Moldova, she volunteered with the Just 4 Us Foundation and supported the marketing and fundraising department. She has raised funds for organizations such as Save the Children, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). She developed a wealth of her marketing and outreach skills through internships, volunteer work, and student director positions. Preference is given to least, lost, unchurched, single and young mothers, those suffering from depression, anxiety and making poor choices. Childcare is available upon request. You MUST REGISTER.
JFUF Thought of by the Maryland Association of Student Councils
In August 2014 the Maryland Association of Student Council has selected the Just 4 Us Foundation to be their charity for 2014- 2015. We would like to thank (MASC) for choosing our organization as your charity of the year!
This year JFUF offered acting to youth from various counties and they will showcase their skills in the October stage play titled The Courage to Stand Up. Also youth will be showcased in Chicago at A Taste of Theater. We are excited that the youth are becoming more interested in the ARTS..
